This is the new line of Tojiro Color Series.
The product has been developed under the concept “reducing physical fatigue and hygiene management”. It is, as a result, without loosing our quality of sharpness and durability, very sofisticatedly designed based on ergonomics, and the dimples on the blade’s surface for better peel-off effect makes your work more efficient.
For the blade, we adopted Molybdenum Vanadium Steel which is the same material used for surgical knife, anti-rust, and capable for boiling water sterilization.
It is therefore recommendable for anyone who actively introduces HACCP management.
In addition excellent cost performance is another feature of this product.
Elastomer resin with antibacteria treatment is adopted for the handle of this series.
It features, moderately soft touch which fits in your hands, great heat-resistance enables sterilization in boiled water upto 140℃. (This method however accelerates degradation of resin)
As there is no space in between the blade and the handle, bacteria cannot be reproduced and thus very hygienic.
The shape of its handle is designed primarily for female users and based on ergonomics. So that it is very easy to grasp and tireless.
Sticking to sharpness, the edge satisfies even professionals. We have more than 5 manufacturing process for edging on this series and are willing to spend a lot of time. Usually, durability is required for business-use, however, “Tojiro” have been pursuing the sharpness and studying edging and structure of a blade for a long time. This is one of a reason that many professionals use “Tojiro” as their favorite knife all over the world.
The color of the handle for the “TOJIRO Color Salmon Blade Series” is only black. (Also brown only for the slicers)
