Sticking to the Handle Shape –Spatula Series
Our spatula series employed hygienic stainless handle for confectioner. Sticking to the grinding way, we realized our unique soft flexibility that has sturdiness at the same time.
The unique handle shape that has “Shinogi” (straight raising line in the center of the handle) will support various ways of grip and you can control any ways you think. We prepared 2 sizes for the handles.
The Most Suitable for Your Daily Maintenance – Sharpener
This is a sharpener made of 18-8 stainless steel. We also think about business use as well when we design.
Because rough and middle grinding stones are inside, you can get the sharpness back very easily everyday. Also because the bottom part is elastomeric resin, it never slips when you move your knife back and forth for re-sharpening. It is very safe.
Because the body and bottom parts are separable, you can wash the body and we also prepared whetstone refills.
*The serrated edge cannot be re-sharpened.
*Because sharpener is just for temporally maintenance, we highly recommend sharpening by whetstones.
